All custom apparel is made to order and therefore not able to  be returned. However, we want you to love all your Frogmouth products. If you don’t love a particular product, please send an email with your order number to  customerservice@frogmouthclothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will help if we can.There are a few, hopefully obvious, situations where we are unlikely to be able to help:
  • We do not provide replacements for things like normal wear and tear
  • We will not replace jerseys for teams that ordered the wrong size despite being sent size samples
  • We do not provide refunds in cases where skaters order a different product to their previous product and are surprised it is different
  • We will not accommodate repeat exchange requests
