Each piece of our apparel is meticulously crafted with personalized names and numbers, making them uniquely tailored for you. Due to this customization returns cannot be accepted. However, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with Frogmouth products. If you're not pleased with a particular item, please email us at customerservice@frogmouthclothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll assist you to the best of our ability.

Please note that there are certain situations where we may not be able to provide assistance:

  1. We do not offer replacements for normal wear and tear.
  2. Replacements will not be provided for teams that ordered the wrong size despite receiving size samples.
  3. Refunds will not be issued if skaters order a different product and are surprised by the differences.
  4. Returns cannot be provided in situations where there are inaccuracies or errors in the order information provided by the customer.
  5. We cannot accommodate multiple exchange requests.
