If you don't love a particular product, please send an email to customer.happiness@frogmouthclothing.com within two weeks of receiving your order and we will help if we can. (There are a few, hopefully obvious, situations where we are unlikely to be able to help: we do not provide replacements for things like normal wear and tear; or in cases where people order a different product to their previous product and are surprised that it is different, request repeat exchanges, misuse discount codes, order the wrong size despite having been sent size samples; or request exchanges despite not having returned previous products they wished to exchange.)
