Our custom apparel is crafted specifically for you with names and numbers, and therefore cannot be returned. However, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with Frogmouth products. If you're not pleased with a particular item, please email us at customerservice@frogmouthclothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll assist you to the best of our ability.

Please note that there are certain situations where we may not be able to provide assistance:

  1. We do not offer replacements for normal wear and tear.
  2. Replacements will not be provided for teams that ordered the wrong size despite receiving size samples.
  3. Refunds will not be issued if skaters order a different product and are surprised by the differences.
  4. We cannot accommodate multiple exchange requests.
